Chapter by Di Porto, Fabiana and Rangone, Nicoletta, for the book by Anne-Lise Sibony and Alberto Alemanno (eds), on Nudging and the Law. What can EU Learn from Behavioural Sciences? (Forthcoming): “This chapter establishes how the regulatory process should change in order to bring out and use evidence from cognitive sciences.
